Ways to Wellbeing is a 3-week project designed to support students to manage their wellbeing, stress and confidence, delivered online by facilitators drawing from up-to-date psychological and wellbeing research. Sessions will cover:

- Glass Half-Full?: Managing Stress and Knowing Our Limits
- Healthy Habits: Self-Care Strategies and Mindfulness 101
