Ways to Wellbeing is a 4-week project designed to support students to manage their wellbeing, stress and confidence, delivered online by facilitators drawing from up-to-date psychological and wellbeing research. Sessions will cover:

  • Unlocking Our ‘Caveman Brain’: Understanding Stress
  • Glass Half-Full?: Managing Stress and Knowing Our Limits
  • Healthy Habits: Self-Care Strategies and Mindfulness 101
  • ReFraming Mindsets: Approaches Challenges with Confidence
