Ways to Wellbeing is a 4-week in-school project designed to support students with their wellbeing, covering stress, confidence and resilience. The workshops are delivered in school by facilitators drawing from up-to-date psychological and wellbeing research. Sessions will cover:

  • Unlocking Our ‘Caveman Brain’: Understanding Stress
  • Glass Half-Full?: Managing Stress and Knowing Our Limits
  • Healthy Habits: Self-Care Strategies and Mindfulness 101
  • Predictions and Perceptions: Identifying Mindsets and Strengths
