Ways to Wellbeing is a 4-week in-school project designed to support students with their wellbeing, covering stress, confidence and resilience. The workshops are delivered in school by facilitators drawing from up-to-date psychological and wellbeing research. Sessions will cover:
- Unlocking Our ‘Caveman Brain’: Understanding Stress
- Glass Half-Full?: Managing Stress and Knowing Our Limits
- Healthy Habits: Self-Care Strategies and Mindfulness 101
- Predictions and Perceptions: Identifying Mindsets and Strengths
