Ways to Wellbeing
Event providers: University of Bolton
This is a three-week, in-school project that encourages learners to develop positive coping strategies in order to support their wellbeing. Sessions will cover- how to understand and recognise stress, managing stress and knowing limits, and self-care and mindfulness.
Learners will be able to apply effective strategies for time management and study.
