Ways to Wellbeing is a new on-campus event at the University of Salford designed to give students a better idea of the practical support that is available to them at higher education (HE) for wellbeing as well as a practical toolkit on managing stress and mental health, which will be presented by MIND Manchester. The day is for Year 10 students and targeted towards those that may benefit from finding out more about mental health support in HE and gaining practical advice and guidance on managing stress.

A schedule for the day is below:

09:30am: Arrival and Welcome
10:00am: Session 1: IAG on options post Y11 and wellbeing support in HE
11:00am: Campus tour led by Student Ambassadors
11:45am: Lunch (provided by UoS)
12:30pm: Session 2: MIND Manchester Workshop
14:00pm: Evaluation and Ambassador Q+A
14:30pm: Finish

This will be a full-day visit and will run from 9.30am to 2.30pm, due to the nature of this visit and external companies being used for a workshop, we are unable to offer other dates and times other than those advertised.
