HE Uncovered – Y9

This workshop introduces learners to the variety of education options following school and outlines the key differences between these options.    Learners will:  Recognise the importance of GCSE subject choices and attainment as a gateway to success.   Identify and gain knowledge on their education options after school.  Be introduced to the benefits of Higher Education.   One class at a time  Length – 45 mins but can be adapted to 20 mins for assembly slots  Delivery method – In-person  GM Higher will need to record the participation of learners in line with our funding requirements, so we will ask you to provide a register.

Revision Skills Y9-10

This session is designed to support students to thrive and achieve their potential during the exam season, covering exam techniques, mental wellbeing and revision hacks. GM Higher will need to record participation of learners in line with our funding requirements, so we will ask you to provide a register.  

Why HE? Y9-11 Workshop

The workshop will explore the different Level 3 options available and link these choices to HE, while touching on the benefits of higher education. The content of the workshop will be tiered to the year group of the learners.
