This summer, join us for a three-day Technical Theatre Summer School at the University of Salford’s New Adelphi Theatre, where you’ll have the chance to script, perform, and tech an unforgettable live performance.

During the summer school, you’ll:

• Explore Creative Writing, Performance and Technical Theatre and you’ll get a peek behind the curtain to the different roles in the theatre world, both on stage and off.
• Get to use state-of-the-art lighting, sound design, and other high-end tech equipment in the New Adelphi Theatre – just like the pros!
• Develop new talents and key theatre skills that are essential to bringing a production to life.
• Show off your talent and feel the excitement of a live evening performance – on the final day, you’ll put everything together and perform for an audience of family, friends, and supporters.

Please note, with this summer school there is an evening performance on 4 July which learners will be expected to take part in.
