About the event
An informative and interactive workshop which helps Y11 learners get the information they need so they are fully prepared for life after school.
The friendly format eases any anxieties that learners may have in making a successful transition from school.
Whether they’re going to sixth form / college or moving into an apprenticeship, they’ll get handy info covering:
- GCSE results day
- Tips for their first week including travel
- Managing their free time
- Money saving tips
- Opportunity to ask any questions
Sessions last from 45-60 minutes and can be timed to fit in with the school timetable.
GM Higher will need to record participation of learners in line with our funding requirements, so we will ask you to provide a register.
