Young Carers Day 2022

To go alongside Young Carers Action Day 2022, the University of Salford are running a morning of talks all about the support available to young carers as they move into Higher Education. These talks will cover support available in Greater Manchester from local charity Gaddum and the rights that young carers have, as well as some information about what the University of Salford do for their student carers. There will also be a chance to meet those with lived experience of being a young carer, both current students and staff from Greater Manchester Higher.

The morning will be a fantastic opportunity to gather together all the support that is available for young carers and student carers in Greater Manchester, and will be a great addition to all the Young Carers Action Day events running all over the country.
