The Antifragility Project

Event providers: Manchester Metropolitan University

Event Fallback Image

The Antifragility Project supports learners to take a positive approach to challenges, fail successfully, study effectively, and set goals for the future. It focuses on enhancing personality traits that can facilitate improved learning and longitudinal outcomes, drawing on psychological literature that proves this approach to be effective.

The Project is well-suited to: learners with notable academic potential, but who perhaps struggle to orient themselves properly; learners hovering around grade boundaries who need focussed encouragement to make an improvement.

Delivered across three 45-60 minute sessions. The same learners must be selected for each of the three sessions.
