Success 4 Life – University of Salford

Event providers: University of Salford

The University of Salford’s Success4Life is running again this year and we are back in person!  The project is open to Y10 looked after young people from all over Greater Manchester and we are now open for nominations for children in your school to take part.

What? The project will last 7 weeks and will feature a different activity each week, leading up to a graduation event in the final week. Each activity will give the young people a chance to strengthen the skills they already have and increase their confidence overall, while also teaching them all the about the opportunities that are open to them in the future.

Where? Most of the activities will be based at the University of Salford’s main campus (next to Salford Crescent train station) though a couple of them will be happening at venues across Manchester. Locations for each week will be well communicated in advance of the session happening.

How? To nominate a young person, please complete the following:

  1. Submit a nomination form here for the pupil(s) you would like to nominate
  2. Ensure a carer consent form is completed here by the parent/carer of the young person
  3. Send across this welcome letter to the young person you have nominated
