In this session we take a look at how we unconsciously profile people in a biased way. Do you look at an individual or group and immediately stereotype them? We will take a look at how we can develop a prejudice unintentionally based on our own experiences, attitudes around us as we have grown up, and our wider exposure to society and culture. There will also be an opportunity to look at career progression and ask questions from experienced Public Services HE staff.
