Thinking About Your Future Now… It All Adds Up!

Event providers: The University of Manchester

Financial and Professional services is a key growth sector for Greater Manchester that will offer a wide variety of future career opportunities for students with higher education qualifications.

Greater Manchester Higher is collaborating with The EY Foundation to provide Year 10 learners with an opportunity to find out about this exciting services sector, whilst encouraging them to consider how their educational choices can support their own career aspirations.

This event will start with a visit to The University of Manchester for a series of activities that will give learners a taster of student life and increase awareness of how higher education can support key skill development to open doors to higher level career opportunities. Following lunch and a campus tour with current university students, learners will head over to the EY Manchester Office for an interactive afternoon of career related activities where they will interact with employees and find out more about career pathways.
