Calling all future health workers!

If you desire to have a positive influence on the lives of other people, whether you’re helping to improve their physical health, mental well-being or maintain their safety, the health industry may just be for you and the work you do will be of great value!!!

We would like to offer you the opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience of health and social care by building on practical and transferable skills: including CPR using relevant equipment, medication administration, using a MAR and medication stock sheet and taking physiological measurements of patients during a practical session. This workshop will allow students to participate in a 90 minute taster session to see if they would like to continue their pursuit into the health industry.

With the option for a tour within The Manchester College’s new state of the art health and social care building at Openshaw.

Workshops available on campus Tuesdays 2:00 – 3:30 pm.

Contact me at kbell@ucenmanchester.ac.uk for more information on how we can book/ modify the workshop for your pupils.
