English Literature Festival – The Victorian Villain – Writing about Character
Event providers: Wigan and Leigh College

The A Level English Literature Department from Wigan & Leigh College will examine the tropes of villains in the Victorian era and consider the key contextual factors. They will look at how to analyse characters from across the Victorian age from Ebenezer Scrooge to Mr. Rochester and others in between.
Sessions suitable for Y9-11 and Y12-13. (GCSE English Literature / A Level English Literature).
