Event providers: Greater Manchester Higher

Are you a Young Carer in Year 10-13 looking for advice about your next steps in education or your future career?
Would you like free, 1:1 and bespoke support from a mentor with experience of higher education and the workplace?
The Brightside Online Mentoring Programme is a flexible, free online opportunity for you to speak to a mentor with experience of higher education and the workplace.
This opportunity is completely flexible. It’s a text-based messaging app with no requirements for video calls or live chat, directly accessible from your phone.
Why take part?
- To receive 1:1, tailored and bespoke support about your future from someone with experience of careers and higher education.
- To have an open conversation about your ideas, hopes, and aspirations with someone who is there to listen and provide advice, not judge.
- To develop your communication and research skills, as you engage in a meaningful conversation and learn more about different pathways.
- Find out more about yourself and where your interests could take you.
