Are you a budding scientist with an interest in what makes humans tick? At our Breaking the Mould summer school you’ll explore the field of biomedical science, including topics such as human anatomy and physiology, genetics, microbiology, medicine, and neuroscience, through a range of interactive activities.

From exploring our bodies at a microscopic level, to creating microbiology ‘bio-selfies’, this varied and hands on experience will allow a full exploration of the human body using a combination of creative activity, scientific experiment, and explorative discussion.

Careers in medicine and biomedicine will be explored and there will be a chance for you to interact with inspirational scientists and undergraduate students.
