Little Pirates Island is a newly developed primary school for children in the Caribbean. After construction, the developers realised they had forgot to build a path to the timeout area on the island. We have been tasked to calculate how much a bridge would cost that goes around the circumference of the island from the ‘Delivery & Playground’ directly South of the island, to the ‘Timeout Zone’ directly North of the island.

The radius of the island measures 29 metres.
Each bridge step would cost £3.50 each and measures 25cm in length.
