Summary

Wigan & Leigh College has been leading the way in education since 1857. It has 5 campuses within the towns of Wigan and Leigh and offers Higher Education courses including HNCs, HNDs, Foundation Degrees, Top Up Degrees as well as teaching qualifications, PGCE and the Certificate in Education.

Our University study courses prepare our graduates with the skills and knowledge to enter employment with confidence.

As a partner college of UCLan, our Foundation Degrees, Top Up Degrees and Teacher Education programmes are approved and awarded by UCLan. This means that as well as studying on high quality awards as UCLan students you are able to access the clubs, services and facilities (including library, social venues and the Students’ Union of both institutions.
